Who are we looking for?
You do not need to be in good shape to start. This challenge is designed for beginners.
- Must be willing to come to our facility 3 days per week.
- Must be willing to work out in a group environment. You'll be with positive people just like you.
- Must be committed to making a change. This will not work if the coaches want to see you reach your goals more than you do!
- Must commit to the entire 6 weeks. The first week is tough, but we need people who will be here at the end and see benefits of all their hard work.
- Must have the discipline to stick to a nutrition plan. This is critical. We have a program that is tested and it works, but only if you follow it!
How the challenge works

Book your 15-minute informal interview. We'll meet in person, you can see the facility, and we can get a sense of your goals and what you're looking to get out of this challenge.
- STEP 3
Come to the classes for 6 weeks and GET FIT!
