- Must be willing to come to our facility 3 days per week.
- We break down our movements so that you learn proper fundamentals, and we train at a pace suitable for beginner yogi's.
- We hope you're committed to making a change. Dedicated yoga practice combined with a healthy lifestyle is positively life changing. All you have to do is show up!
- Must commit to the entire 6 weeks. Starting anything new is tough, but once you get into the routine, it'll get easier and more rewarding.
- Must have the discipline to stick to a nutrition plan. This is critical. We have a program that is tested and it works, but only if you follow it!
